Your warranty takes effect automatically upon delivery and remains active for a full 5 Years (60 Months). No tedious online registration is required — your warranty is bound to your unique model serial number recorded on your digital invoice.

This warranty does not cover normal cosmetic wear-and-tear (surface micro-scratches from daily desk diving), water ingress resulting from an unscrewed crown during submersion, or damage resulting from unauthorized third-party watchmaker tampering.
How to Claim Warranty Servicing
If your watch requires regulation or service, email support@kaalor.com with a brief description. We will issue a prepaid insured pickup label to transport your watch to our master atelier, where repairs are completed and returned to your doorstep within 7 to 10 days.
