1. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
All confirmed orders are inspected, demagnetized, and packaged at our atelier within 24 to 48 business hours. Deliveries within metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata) arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Rest of India deliveries take 3 to 5 business days.

From the moment your watch leaves our atelier until it is signed for at your door, it is fully covered by our comprehensive transit insurance policy. In the exceedingly rare event of transit damage or loss, a replacement or immediate refund is provided.
3. Tamper-Evident Security Seal
Every KAALOR presentation box is enveloped in high-security, tamper-evident shrink wrapping with an official verification holographic sticker. Please inspect the outer seal upon receipt before signing the courier manifest.
4. Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once dispatched, your tracking air waybill (AWB) number and live tracking link will be sent via SMS and Email. You will receive milestone notifications on out-for-delivery day.
