Terms & Conditions of Service
These terms govern the acquisition and ownership of genuine KAALOR horological timepieces and digital services.
1. Commercial Purchase Agreement
By placing an order for a KAALOR timepiece through kaalor.com, you certify that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. An order confirmation constitutes acceptance of our offer to manufacture and deliver your selected model.
2. Pricing, Allocations & Taxes
All prices displayed on KAALOR are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted. Limited batch allocations are fulfilled strictly on a first-confirmed basis. In the event of system inventory discrepancies, full refunds are issued within 24 hours.
3. Intellectual Property Protection
The trademark KAALOR, the horological dial geometries, logomarks, typography, and case silhouettes are proprietary intellectual property. Unauthorized commercial reproduction, counterfeiting, or reverse engineering will be prosecuted under trademark and intellectual property statutes.
4. Limitation of Liability
KAALOR timepieces are engineered for everyday luxury wear and water exposure per ISO 22810 standards. Liability for defective items is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price under our official 5-Year Movement Warranty policy.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
