We want you to hold, feel, and inspect your KAALOR timepiece with absolute confidence.
1. 30-Day Risk-Free Trial Period
From the date of confirmed delivery, you have 30 calendar days to inspect your KAALOR timepiece in person. If the proportion, wrist balance, or aesthetic does not completely exceed your expectations, you may initiate a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a 100% full refund:
- The timepiece must be unworn and in brand new, pristine condition.
- Protective dial and bracelet film covers must not be removed.
- Complete original presentation packaging, warranty card, and manual must be included.
3. Free Doorstep Reverse Pickup
We provide complimentary insured reverse pickup from your residence. Our courier will arrive with a secure, tamper-evident return bag. You do not incur any return shipping deductions.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your watch arrives at our atelier and passes our standard 15-minute diagnostic inspection, your refund is approved immediately. Funds are credited back to your original payment method within 48 to 72 hours.
